My passion: flying alongside the birds
Born on June 15, 1961 in Vevey, with a technical background, once adolescence and its experiments in mechanical sport are over, it is outdoor physical activities that attract me. Skiing, tennis, climbing, sailing. From the start of paragliding's boom, it was this passion that complemented my schedule.

The pilot's license acquired in December 1988, then the two-seater qualification obtained in March 1990 opened the doors of free flight to me.
This is the time when paraglider manufacturers are looking for the limits of their products. For this purpose, they need test pilots. This is how Ailes de K, based in Morges, enlisted me in their Addicted Team to carry out tests and demonstrations. This collaboration will last about 4 years.
Since that heroic time, wings have evolved a lot, both in terms of performance and safety. I had the privilege of being able to “grow” with them! As in skiing, there are specific wings for different types of flights and pilots.

To school, intermediate, performance, competition and two-seater sails are added sails for addicts, freestyles, mountains, etc.
Joined the Para Delta Club des Pléiades (PDCP) in 1993, appointed secretary in 1995 and president from 1996 to 2016. I am currently still part of the committee.

I practice paragliding on all occasions. In single-seater it is the distance flights that I prefer. In tandem, it's the pleasure of discovering the dream of Icarus that I love. It's always a privileged moment of sharing, a dream parenthesis in this sometimes difficult world.

This is how I currently total more than 6'100 flights, which represents at least 4,000,000 meters of altitude difference and 2600 hours of flight.
